For the past couple of years, I have thought a lot about why creatives struggle on growing a career with their passion in life...

If you think about it, it is because as creatives, we are at the mercy of others to

CONTROL who and when we can get our message out into the world...
The problem is we don't own our distribution.

We depend on publishers…

We depend on record labels…

We depend on institutions…

We depend on retailers to get our message out…

What do they own?

They own a database.

of addresses…

of phone numbers…

...and have different connections/relationships that are in control of who and when people can hear our message…

As a result of that, we're at the mercy of these people.

Then along came social media and things got a little better but…

The social networks learned that they can start charging us to get our message out to people.

So less than 10% of every follower on social media actually see our message…

That is unless we pay…

So, how can we solve this?

Well…

We can take all of these social networks and direct our followers to our email list and finally we can get our message directly to our people.

Cool trick for creative people...

Would you like to know one of the most powerful ways to monetize your niche audience without a product? (and it is not what you think)

Check out this strategy... It's quite insane and powerful and if done right, can give you a nice generous income.

In fact, it was so powerful when I launched it, that when you would google my name, this campaign popped up to the top of search.

Okay, this is the process...

Step 1. Build an audience for a niche (mine are trombone players)

Step 2. Make a few designs related to the niche (I did cool trombone designs)

Step 3. Message out your audience, "I am launching my first t-shirt, which design would you buy?"

Step 4. Get their response and tally the results

Step 5. Pick the most voted design and slap it on a t-shirt

Step 6. Give them a time-sensitive window to order the t-shirt with a timer.

Step 7. Collect orders and fulfill.

I ran my campaign for two weeks and it generated an extra 2k+. (Not bad for two weeks!)

The best part is that I did not have to do the fulfillment...

and since I have an email list, I paid zero in advertising.

I just email over the orders and another company handled everything.

Each shirt cost me less than $9 to print and fulfill and I charged $26, you do the math!

You can literally do this every month with a different design and make thousands a month. (Just from a few emails)

The bigger your list, the bigger your income.

So my question for you is when are you going to build your list?

Why are rich people rich?

They ask themselves this one question...

I spent years studying why some people have massive wealth and other people struggle year after year.

I found similarities among those that have financial freedom...

I will give you more of my findings in the future but here is one strategy that you can implement starting today that will change your life…

The answer to this is as simple as asking yourself one question anytime you are about to spend money.

Besides from the basic necessities in life (food, shelter, health, etc.), when you spend money ask yourself this...

“Is what I am about to purchase, going to make me more money in the future or not?”

If the answer is NO, rethink that purchase…

If the answer is YES, you are on the right path…

Every wealthy person I have interviewed knows this very well. That is why the rich keep getting richer.

There are some other things they do that we will get into later but the bottom line is...

People with money problems spend their money on liabilities.

People with no money problems spend their money on assets.

A liability is anything that takes away from your net worth.

An asset is something that will make your net worth grow.

You create a situation where your money is working on your behalf instead of a situation where you are working for money.

Even knowledge is an asset.

In fact, some will argue it is your biggest asset in existence.

Billionaire Warren Buffet always says, "The more you learn, the more you earn."

Does that make sense?

Once I started to ask myself the question, "Will this make me money or not?", every time money is leaving my hand, my life changed…

Are you ready to start investing in some assets?
