Who we are looking for:
-US Citizens Age 18+
-You Have Prior Sales Experience
-Are a musician (Not required but strongly preferred. We are not necessarily looking for pro musician, you just need an understanding of basic music-related terms so you can properly communicate with prospects)
-You are HUNGRY and willing to compete for your spot
-You are coachable and willing to work long hours to develop your skillset
-You love the art of sales and serving people
-You can provide high-quality references

position for you. You will be doing the SAME THING every day. Each call presents its own
challenges, but you must be comfortable sticking to the ROUTINE and SCRIPT.
* You must be available for our sales team meetings two times a week.
* You must LOVE the enrollment process, discovering if prospects on the phone are fits to work
with us, and in general - helping people and talking to people. If this is not you...do NOT apply!
* You must be COACHABLE. If you think you're ALREADY a superstar and don’t know how to
take constructive critique, this is NOT a position for you. So, if you're not open to GROWTH, DO
NOT apply.
* You must have tremendous INTEGRITY. That means being able to say NO when someone is
not a good fit for our program, even if this means you are losing possible commission. Doing the
right thing for our business and our clients HAS TO be MORE important to you than making a
sale (and actually leads to *more sales* in the future, anyways!)
* You must be looking for a LONG-term commitment, working with and for us. If you are trying to
fill your time in between gigs, or while building your own business, DO NOT apply!
This is a lucrative, COMMISSION ONLY position. If this doesn’t work for you, please don’t

This position will provide WARM leads scheduled right into your calendar (no cold calling!), so,
each person you speak with will WANT to be on the call and will be expecting you to be calling
them.
